• Instagram Direct — messages you send to our Instagram business account;
• WhatsApp — messages you send to our WhatsApp Business number (via the WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API);
• related interactions on Meta products (Facebook, Instagram) that result in a message or inquiry to us.

We use Chatwoot, a customer-communication platform, to receive and respond to these messages. Chatwoot acts as a data processor on our behalf.

• The content of messages you send us (text, images, files, voice notes, and other attachments);
• Contact details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, or e-mail address;
• Any information you provide about your inquiry, appointment, or service request.

3.2 Information we receive from Meta platforms

• Your public profile information as made available by the platform — such as your username, display name, and profile picture;
• A platform-specific identifier (for example, your Instagram-scoped ID or WhatsApp phone number) used to route and reply to your message;
• Message metadata such as timestamps and delivery status.

We do not collect your passwords, payment card numbers, or any special categories of data through these messaging channels, and we ask that you do not send such information to us via chat.

• To receive, read, and respond to your messages and inquiries;
• To provide customer support and information about our services and appointments;

• To comply with legal obligations and to protect our legal rights;
